Delete your account
For guest accounts and accounts registered with an email address.
You can request permanent deletion in the app or by email. You do not need to install or reinstall the app to send an email request.
In the app
- From the game menu, open Settings.
- In the Account section, tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation and tap Delete.
Once the server accepts your request, access to that account is revoked. Deletion may still be processing even after you return to the sign-in screen.
If the app cannot confirm what happened, it pauses the account on that device and offers Retry. Retry to check the request or finish removing local data. If the app says deletion is unavailable or the request was not accepted, your account is still active. Contact support if you cannot resolve the request.
Request deletion without the app
Email hello@cvpkdigitalstudio.com with the subject Time Tussle account deletion. If your account has an email address, write from that address when possible. If you played as a guest or no longer have access to that email, say so in your request.
We need to identify the account and verify that it belongs to you before deleting it. A display name alone does not prove ownership. If you have lost access to a guest session, we may be unable to verify ownership. Do not send passwords, sign-in links, or session tokens.
What gets deleted
Deletion removes your authentication account, including its email if registered, your profile, personal game statistics, and badges. This cannot be undone. Shared game records and other players' results remain. Your account link is removed from those records and your display name is replaced with Deleted player.
A temporary record of the deletion and a status receipt are kept to block old sign-ins and check the request. They become eligible for removal only after deletion is complete and at least 24 hours and 1 minute have passed since removal of the authentication account was confirmed. Pending requests are kept until resolved. This period does not describe how long provider backups or diagnostic logs are retained.
Playing as a guest
Playing as a guest creates an anonymous Supabase account and a profile with game data on our servers. Use the same Delete Account action to remove it. Confirming Leave when the app asks Leave guest account? also requests deletion.
Uninstalling the app does not request deletion. It may leave you unable to access the guest account. Signing out of an account registered with an email address does not delete that account.
